Chris Rich

Real name:
Brief Bio:

My name is Chris Rich and I serve as the Vice President of Field Ministry for the Mid-Atlantic Region (NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, DC) with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. I have been on staff since 2010. As a region, the Mid-Atlantic is experiencing exciting growth! I have the honor of traveling around the region training more than 200 staff serving thousands of coaches and athletes on a weekly basis.

I live in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with my wife, Johanna, and two sons, Blake and Carter. I graduated from Grove City College where I played football. I have coached high school football and recently served as the team Chaplain over the past 5 years for Lancaster Bible College Men's Basketball team seeing the Word of God change the lives of college athletes and coaches.

Growing up the son and grandson of a pastor, I gave my life to Christ at a young age and felt the call to ministry as a freshman in college. A tragedy lit a fire in me to see athletes and coaches understand that their identity was not in a scoreboard, but in the person and work of Christ. That very truth is still what gets me up every morning to see every coach and every athlete know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
