Hockey Chat: Chasing the puck is easy to do but a bad play to make. Imagine if you had all 5 skaters on your team chasing after the puck and nobody keeping to their positions. It would be a big mess. We all want to grab the puck and make the play, but we need to remain controlled and play our position to make the winning play for the team.
Life Lesson: There is a ton of stuff that we desire in the world. We want to chase after and grab it all. We need to maintain self-control. God has blessed us with the ability to think and reason. He also gives us his word in the Bible to learn from and the ability to strengthen us in prayer. Keep you life in control and you will be given the freedom on living upright and godly lives.
