1 Corinthians 12:25

So that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.

Hockey Chat:  Good hockey teams win as a team and lose as a team.  They are protective of each other on the ice, sometimes getting in scuffles that they never started.  They celebrate together after a goal, whoever scored it.  It’s that comradely that keeps the team strong.

Life Lesson: As Paul was writing to the church, he was emphasizing the need to be as one body.  Concerned for each other.  Sharing in sufferings and trials.  Rejoicing together in times of triumphs.  Praying for each other in all times.  It’s the bond of caring and sharing in all aspects that brings us from lone individuals to a family of fellowship.
